When you book or enquire we collect your name, mobile number, pickup address, vehicle details (make, model, registration) and the service history of jobs done with us. If you apply for a franchise or fleet program, we also collect the business details you share in those forms.
To run your booking end to end — confirming slots, sending photo estimates and status updates, raising invoices and warranty cards — and to remind you when the next service is due. With your consent, we may send offers; you can opt out any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or telling your advisor.

Your data is stored on access-controlled systems used by our booking platform, GoGarage Plus. We keep service records as long as needed to honour warranties and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Write to info@gogarageservice.com — we respond within 30 days.
